Tit for Tat

This is the post today I need to construct. To pick up any letter and write a story or a poem. That was easy I chose T, made up of one vertical straight line with a small horizontal line cutting atop it. The twentieth letter of the English alphabet writing it is easy peasy. Teeth, tongue and breathing out are the secret to say it, placing tongue underneath the upper teeth, bring it down accompanied by a quick short exhaling.

There is no specific reason on why I chose it, it was a quick guess and random technique. Thinking and rationalizing were out of the question. Though, I must admit now as I am writing this post, thinking and rationalizing are precise process to finish this task. There is no stopping for whatever may come in this post. T, as I was taught in school commences with the horizontal line on top followed by the vertical line, writing this way gives me the urgency to place the vertical line right away fearing for the intercession of forces of gravity. T writing this way is fighting against gravity, leaving me exhausted and withdrawn.

Times have changed  as life went on, lessons and experiences somehow are invaluable. The vertical line from top going down is the arm of the Omniscient reachjng to the earth while the horizontal line is an embrace welcoming all of us into his love. That is  the reason why vertical post should come in first as it supports the horizontal beams. T writing this way gives me confidence to be rooted on the ground instead of using energy to defy gravity. Thus, giving me more energy to use in my creative endeavors.

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Fearful Symmetry.” Pick a letter, write a story, poem, a post with each sentence that begins with it.
